We offer 4 levels of cover:

1. Business - 24 hour hotline, 12 working hour on site response Monday-Friday, 09.00-17.00, excluding public holidays. Fault related labour costs only.
2. Business Plus - 24 hour hotline, 8 working hour on site response Monday-Friday, 09.00-17.00, excluding public holidays. Labour and parts (excluding handsets and cabling).
3. Business Hotel - 24 hour hotline, 8 working hour on site response, 365 days a year. Fault related labour costs only.
4. Business 24 - 24 hour hotline, 4 working hour on site response, 365 days a year. Labour and parts (excluding handsets and cabling).

Depending on your requirements, you can select a 4, 8 or 12 working hour response service.

At Phones 4 Business, we recognise that your telephone system is the most important part of your business and our friendly and knowledgeable staff will look after you.

We offer free Business Cover Maintenance when you take advantage of our Call Plan Package.

Having a Maintenance Contract with Phones 4 Business also entitles you to reduced engineering rates.
